Code of Conduct for Contributing Banks becomes Industry Guidance and Whistleblowing policy issued

15 Jul 2013

On 12th July 2013, Issue 1 of the Interim Code of Conduct for Contributing Banks was Confirmed as Industry Guidance by the FCA. A copy of the code is attached for reference.

The only changes from the previous version are on the title page and in the Preface in paragraph 8 which now refer to the document as industry guidance.

Also attached is the Whistleblowing policy for LIBOR, as approved by the Interim LIBOR Oversight Committee. This outlines how concerns about perceived irregularities in conduct related to the administration of LIBOR and/or LIBOR submissions could be raised.
